SeaBae Wipes FAQ

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we are shipping to select Europe locations, Canada, Australia and USA. Your Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Orders placed internationally (outside Canada), may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. We cannot predict the costs of these fees. If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.

We offer tracked and untracked shipping options. If you choose an untracked shipping option, we are not able to provide status of your delivery. We are working on alternatives that are lower in cost, but since we are a small business, and international fees are so high because of covid-19 this is what we can currently offer.

How long will my SeaBae Wipes last?

Our mermazing wipes can be used and washed up to 1000 times! For optimal results, we recommend tossing your wipes in your laundry bag after use so that you’re always using a cleaned and refreshed product on your face & eyes. When drying, we recommend laying the pads flat so they retain their seashell shape. DO NOT put them in the dryer as this destroys the shape we lovingly designed!

How to clean the wipes?

Immediately after removing your makeup, soak the wipes under warm water and with a bit of soap. Rub both ends together to lift the makeup off the hemp fiber. Repeat until all make up is removed. Then they are ready to be tossed in the laundry!

What kind of packaging do you use?

For our individual refill packs, we use recycled packaging that is both eco-friendly, recyclable in biodegradable mailers. There are no tissues, bells and frills or unnecessary plastic inside the package. For our combo packs, we believe in encouraging the re-use of materials and eliminating single use and disposable packaging. Our combo packs come in a durable blue travel pouch. Is Hemp really better than Cotton?

Shell YES! There are so many benefits to using hemp!

-Hemp gets softer over time, that means the more you use your Seabae Wipes, the softer they'll feel.

-A single hemp plant yields 220% more fiber than a cotton plant!

-Hemp is great for our planet! It helps reduce global warming because it takes out large amounts of carbon dioxide per acre, more than most plants.

- Hemp is a weed, so it grows prolifically with little water and no pesticides. It takes up relatively little space, produces more pulp per acre than trees.

-You can use up the entire plant!

-We source hemp sustainably through our factory overseas, that is GOT certified.

-Hemp is said to be up to four times more absorbent than cotton. It wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping you from feeling sweaty and clammy. Also, the antibacterial properties might prevent body odor –  a major benefit for obvious reasons!

Is your Hemp cotton GOT certified?

Yes, the factory we work with overseas is 100% GOT certified.
